Yes there is a massive gap between our first posts and our last post… Primarily because we sorta forgot about the blog, and we didn’t want to be that couple in the Internet cafe every day not enjoying the holiday! So we’re gonna go back over our trip and give a recap while making us feel bad about not being there…

Fast food & long lines
Saturday was all about walking about getting our bearings and sampling some of the best fast food New York has to offer, shake shacks line was insane so we skipped that an headed on up to le Parker meridien an old school burger joint in the middle of a swanky hotel, that was lunch and it was tasty dinner was a johns takeaway pizza in the apartment after all that we headed out for drinks etc today it’s shopping day!
Just landed in New York
So after a breeze of a flight (delta rocks by the way!) we headed for our apartment after settling in we headed to find Francescas main goal in New York Magnolia. Best cupcakes in the WORLD it’s this really light heavily applied mixture almost like a cross between cake batter and frosting ok enough writing off to buy another….

last day / first post
Well the day has finally arrived, last day in Ireland for six months nearly, bags still to be properly packed and butterflies in stomach (or maybe thats tuesday night dodgy kebab) still to be settled. We’ll try to keep you updated from around the world as best we can and as always we’ll be working hard to think up new designs along the way! Sure what else do you do on a 24 hour bus journey??
